wonderful stay with friendly staff and delicious breakfast options offered at quality inn

Great staff, clean room!

I needed a quiet place to sleep & work, while in Florida to visit family. Good bed, quiet, with desk & wifi. I appreciated refrigerator & microwave. Also had a nice, big spa tub -- but that wasn't important to me.

Pretty far from beach, on a pretty boring stretch of road. Was fine for basic lodging in that area.

The location was convienient

The facility is very old style

The mattress was quite comfortable, and the quick response of the staff when called was appreciated. Conveniently located near restaurants and shopping, the parking was hassle-free with no extra fees. The room's temperature control was inadequate was nice that lingered. The presence of disruptive noise from outside detracted from an otherwise decent experience.

rooms were clean and well kept. The hotel grounds were also very appealing.

Pool should have been heated. Lots of road noise as the hotel is very close to traffic.

The breakfast is kind of a laugh. Too small of a place!!

The hot shower was just what we needed after a long day. The outdoor pool was a perfect spot to unwind, and we enjoyed the peaceful garden area for some quiet time. The only downside was a slight delay in check-in, but it didn't take away from our overall great experience 😊

The breakfast was nice with bagels and oatmeal, as example and frequently replenished. The location was marvellous and absolutely perfect there, to the cruise ship.

great service but limited bathroom space

The room was impressively clean and the customer service exceeded my expectations. I appreciated the ability to bring my pet along. The late check-out option for a small fee added flexibility to my schedule.

This hotel is not up to the standards of Quality Inns. The room was damp, musty smell, the bathroom door hit the toliet, the bathroom was entirely too small. I also did not like the fact that you debited my debit card for an extra $20.00 or so. You should really inspect this hotel, my room was 111. The lobby is very small. Breakfast are has 3 tables in it, breakfast was okay but not like I am use to receiving at Quality Inns. Also the construction around the hotel makes it very hard to get to, and the parking is not adequate.

Tile floors were uncomfortable. Bathroom and shower were 2nd world. Refrigerator difficult to open, not anchored, not cold, couldn't find temperature control. Couch old, afraid to sit on it, didn't seem clean. I have stayed many times at Quality Suites in Orlando and they run a much better hotel.

Clean and comfortable for a night, but bathroom was tiny and cramped.

Staff's politeness & helpfullness.

Did not know about the shuttle service until last day when leaving for the airport.

The manager was very responsive and accomodating. Some of the behind-the-front- desk staff was not as considerate of some of the other guests. The breakfast selections were less than average. Often the orange juice was altoghter not available or it was watery. The jams and jellies were very low grade. At 9:30 the hard bolied eggs were all gone and no longer available even though the breakfast is to be available until 10:00. There was no fresh fruit or any type of fruit. The room was very nice and claen, although the bathroom felt very small and clostrophobic. It was quiet and comfortable in most ways.
